New Pirate101 Side Story Content! (Feat. Sinbad's Crew)

YARGHHH! Avast, Pirates! New content has arrived!

For those of you who are max level (70) in Pirate101, you can now begin the first part of the brand new side story content! You do not need to complete “The Final Countdown” (the final quest of the first arc) in order to participate, and as long as you have access to Devilfish Hollow in Skull Island you’re free to play!

Start your adventure in Avery’s Court next to the Minigames wagon. There you’ll meet the infamous Sinbad’s crew who have sought you out for help! I don’t want to spoil the story for you, so I’ll just give you a summary of the gameplay so you know how to prepare. 

There are a total of 5 battles: 

1. The first battle has just one boss and his minions. The boss is a Swashbuckler and the minions are mostly Musketeer with the chance of Buccaneer. 

2. The second battle has just one boss and his minions. The boss is a Musketeer and the minions are the same as before.

3. The third battle has just one boss and his minions. The boss is a Swashbuckler and the minions are the same as before.

4. The fourth battle has just one boss and his minions. The boss is a Buccaneer and the minions are the same as before.

5. The final battle, which the game calls a Rumble, has every boss you’ve faced in this dungeon and a fairly big sized group of minions that not only have the same as before, but also some new Swashbuckler minions.

The story wraps up on a twist that I enjoyed. I was surprised to see *the change* in Sinbad’s First Mate by the end of it and excited for what that might mean going forward, as he was the one leading us.

Also, remember to consider bringing a team with you into the dungeon! Many of the enemies (if not all) are above level 70.
