At the world's end,

I'll be waiting around the bend
at the edge of the sea
playing the memories we made
in the recesses of my mind.

At the world's end,
I'll send the stars
to light up your way to me
where I'll be waiting for you

from wherever you are.

the angels above will be
singing a bittersweet song
to keep you company
when the sun sleeps.

At the world's end,
I'll lend my smile to the sun

and borrow yesterday's luck
and hope our compass stays faithful,

waiting for our turn.

At the world's end,

where our swords will ring,

the sunshine on our skin,

the waves crashing upon the hulls,

stopping all wrongs.

At the world's end,
I'll wait as long as it takes,

I'll be waiting around the bend.
